Easy steps for glowing skin in hot summer as we know that weather is going to change in hot days and the skin needs proper care and glow. So you Must n follow these steps to make your skin look better and glowing... Use home remedies rather than chemical creams. Take once a month a good facial even you can take the herbal facial for maintaince of skin .

  1. Eat yogurt in breakfast it makes your diet more effective and healthy. Because our body also need healthy food.
  2. As the requirement of body take one egg daily in your diet. It provides proteins and also nourishing hair scalp.
  3. If you are doing work in kitchen then use rose water. Spray on face feel fresh and cool. Keep the rose water in refrigerator. Mix the rose water with mint than apply on face. It’s also good in summer for caring of the skin.
  4. Often prayer regularly when you wash your face with fresh water you will feel the glow on your face.  Because prayer is the source of glamour’s and beauty.
  5. For the effected sunburn skin use the Alum and rosewater in equal quantity. It is highly efficacious for burned skin. Use half an hour before going to bed and wash with fresh water. But Alum is not good for those who have sensitive skin.
  6. Use the lemon and honey in equal quantity mixed it together and then apply on the face. This is the very good tip for sensitive skin. It also enhances the natural beauty of skin.
  7. For the removal of dark circles, use the potatoes pulp at night. Another tip is use the orange peel mix with turmeric (pinch of) and then add some drops of olive oil and apply on the dark circles its very effective.
  8. For home scrub take 3tbsp of rice and 5tbsp milk, leave it at least 4 to 5 hours and then grind it. It is very beneficial for glowing and healthy skin.
  9. use the mud mask once in week to absorb all the excessive oil from the pores and makes the skin shinny.
